The RISE Program is Pasadena ISD's New Teacher Induction Program and stands for Retaining Instructors through Support and Education. The RISE Team is driven by a single goal; to help new teachers rise to their maximum potential through training, classroom support, and mentorship. Our dedication to teaching excellence is what drives our program. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact on all new teachers in our district.
